9yyy Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "9yyy", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operating entity behind the 9yyy platform, accessible at https://9yyy.vip, and all associated services, games, and promotions offered thereunder.
• "Platform" means the 9yyy website, any associated mobile applications, and all related gaming and betting services made available to registered users.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 9yyy Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 9yyy Platform following successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or free bet allocations credited to your Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required to activate full Account functionality, including withdrawals.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game round placed using Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance on the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole transactional currency on the 9yyy Platform.

By accessing the 9yyy Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference and forms an integral part of the agreement between you and 9yyy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access real-money features of the 9yyy Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to all registered Accounts:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts — whether across the same name, same CNIC, same device, same IP address, or same household — will be suspended and associated balances forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Accounts registered by corporations, partnerships, trusts, or any other legal entity are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 9yyy will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method.
• 9yyy reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent intent, misrepresentation, or where the applicant resides in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Account registration is free. 9yyy does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an Account in good standing.

All 9yyy Accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Full KYC completion is required before any withdrawal may be processed. The verification process includes, but is not limited to:

• Submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back — as proof of identity and age.
• Proof of registered mobile number ownership (verified via OTP at registration).
• Proof of payment method ownership — for example, confirmation that the JazzCash or EasyPaisa account used for deposit is registered in the same name as the 9yyy Account.
• In certain cases, source of funds documentation may be requested in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

9yyy reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of a large or unusual withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and delay or withholding of withdrawal processing.

All deposits on the 9yyy Platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, available 24/7
• EasyPaisa — mobile wallet deposits, available 24/7
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited) — bank transfer, subject to bank processing times
• UBL (United Bank Limited) — bank transfer, subject to bank processing times
• Meezan Bank — Islamic banking option, subject to bank processing times

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may be applied at the account level depending on KYC status and account history. 9yyy does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account flagged for review.

9yyy is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, bank system maintenance windows, or national payment network outages. In the event of a failed deposit where funds leave your payment account but are not credited to your 9yyy balance, please contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

Withdrawals are available to Accounts that have completed full KYC verification. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 9yyy Account. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Balance are only available after all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Partially wagered bonus funds are not eligible for withdrawal.
• 9yyy processes withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days following approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically settled faster than bank transfers.
• 9yyy reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding PKR 50,000 or where the account activity pattern is flagged by our AML monitoring systems.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or delayed where KYC documentation is incomplete, where fraud is suspected, or where the funds are subject to active bonus wagering requirements.

Any withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request. 9yyy aims to keep withdrawal processing as cost-free as possible for players.

9yyy offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season promotions. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before the Bonus Balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are issued to the Bonus Balance and are separate from the Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first in all wagering unless otherwise specified.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Unused or unwagered bonus funds expire automatically at the end of this period.
• 9yyy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at its discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse or system error.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Certain games may contribute differently to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Full contribution tables are available in each promotion's dedicated terms page.

All bets and game rounds placed on the 9yyy Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the game-specific rules published within each game or betting market:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 9yyy does not accept cancellation requests for placed wagers except where explicitly permitted by the rules of the specific game or market.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game round or live bet, 9yyy's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome. Where a round cannot be determined, the wager stake will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
• 9yyy offers sports betting markets including cricket (PSL, international T20, Test matches), football, UFC, and kabaddi, among others. Markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice in response to breaking news, weather, or integrity concerns.
• Void bets — for example, where a cricket match is abandoned — will have stakes returned in full to the Real Money Balance.
• The maximum payout per bet is determined by the market and stated in the specific betting rules. 9yyy reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific markets at its discretion.
• In-play betting markets are subject to additional latency rules. Bets accepted after a material in-play event (such as a wicket falling) may be voided if the acceptance occurred after the event was completed, regardless of display delay on the user's device.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9yyy Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, falsifying KYC documents, or misrepresenting your age.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one Account under the same or different identities.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of prohibited software — including bots, automated scripts, AI wagering tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed. All disputed transactions are investigated and accounts will be suspended during investigation.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin of those funds. 9yyy is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors — knowingly taking advantage of a system error, odds error, or game malfunction to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Winnings resulting from known errors are void.

9yyy is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players stay in control of their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all Account holders at no charge through the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods — temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Check — receive periodic on-screen summaries of your session duration and net gaming activity.

9yyy does not extend credit to players and does not accept deposits from payment sources that are not registered in the player's own name. The Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 and above.

All content on the 9yyy Platform — including but not limited to the 9yyy brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9yyy or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from 9yyy.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any 9yyy trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner without express written consent.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 9yyy intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence, Account suspension, and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, 9yyy, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from technical errors, connectivity failures, or Platform downtime.
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances that are subsequently corrected.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Actions taken by 9yyy in good faith pursuant to its AML, KYC, or fraud prevention obligations.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers or Pakistani banking network issues.

9yyy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9yyy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or engagement in any prohibited activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Receipt of a chargeback from your payment provider.
• Request by the player for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Compliance with a legal order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 9yyy support team via live chat. Upon voluntary Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after deduction of any applicable bonus conditions will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 10 business days.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, 9yyy reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including Real Money Balance, where it is determined that the balance was accumulated through prohibited activity.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9yyy holds its international gaming licence. Players access the Platform voluntarily and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by the applicable gaming licence authority. Details of the ADR process are available from the 9yyy support team on request.

9yyy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 9yyy will take reasonable steps to notify registered Account holders — for example, by displaying a notification within the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by SMS to your registered mobile number.

The amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the 9yyy Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. 9yyy recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it at least once per quarter, or whenever you receive a notification of changes.
